j: Navigate to and highlight next item in list
k: Navigate to and highlight previous item in list
x: Select/unselect the highlighted item
Down Arrow: Select next item in list
Shift + Down Arrow: Select next item in list while leaving the current selection selected
Up Arrow: Select previous item in list
