Sony Ericsson to launch Android 4.0 ICS to Xperia mobiles in 2012


                           Sony Ericsson is scheduling to integrate Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich to its existing Xperia smartphones.
The company has joined hands with HTC to update its all existing Xperia devices to Android ICS, TechCrunch report.
According to Dutch Facebook page, Sony Ericsson explained it will schedule Android 4.0 to all 2011 Xperia devices. The company unveiled several handsets, which will get latest OS including the Xperia Ray, Xperia Play, Xperia arc, Mini Pro, Xperia neo and more.

However, the company has yet not unveiled exact time but did unveil that the schedule will initiate once all Xperia devices acquire the revise fro Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread.
“The company is presently scheduling the upgrade to 2.3.4 Gingerbread across its all Xperia collection of 2011. This toll upgrade will be made available via a phased roll out in select markets. Beyond Gingerbread 2.3.4, we have made schedule to revise our 2011 Xperia collection to the newest Android platform made obtainable to us,” Sony Ericsson said in statement.
AllAboutPhones has also reported that the company will introduce its Xperia line on Android ICS in early 2012.
